Overview We are looking for a Manager - Corporate Strategy to support strategic decision-making, growth initiatives, data-driven analysis, and business transformation. The role will involve evaluating strategic proposals, conducting detailed analysis and financial modelling, generating strategic options, and supporting execution planning to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities

- Assess macro market trends, competitive landscape, and consumer behaviour in the FMCG arena to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop strategic frameworks for business expansion, portfolio optimization, and new business initiatives.
- Leverage analytics and digital tools to generate insights across sales, marketing, and operations.
- Monitor key performance metrics, prepare dashboards and review presentations, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Drive adoption of new tools, platforms, and agile ways of working while identifying opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancement.

Requirements

- 5-8 years of overall professional experience, with relevant experience in management consulting, Strategy/Transformation teams of FMCG/Consumer companies, or CEO's Office roles in established start-ups/reputed companies.




- Bachelor's degree from a reputed institute, preferably in Finance, Business, or Engineering; MBA from a reputed institute will be an added advantage.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis and Excel spreadsheets, with the ability to undertake high-end analysis using statistical tools and modelling.
- Strong understanding of numbers and the ability to apply analytical insights in a business environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
