Job Title: Manager- Competitions
Experience: 4 - 8 Years
Location: Gurgaon
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Alternate Saturdays Off)
About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and execution-oriented Manager- Competitions to lead the planning and delivery of robotics and STEM competitions and related events.
The role will be responsible for managing competitions end-to-end, from planning and venue coordination to participant engagement, vendor management, sponsorship coordination, on-ground execution, and post-event evaluation. The ideal candidate should have strong project management, stakeholder management, communication, and event execution skills, with a keen interest in robotics, STEM education, innovation, and youth competitions.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and execute robotics and STEM competitions and other related events, ensuring smooth end-to-end event delivery.
Manage competition planning, including venue selection, scheduling, registrations, logistics, resources, infrastructure, and on-ground operations.
Coordinate with schools, educational institutions, students, educators, coaches, judges, parents, partners, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Ensure a positive, inclusive, and engaging competition environment that encourages teamwork, creativity, innovation, sportsmanship, and fair participation.
Develop and maintain detailed event plans, timelines, checklists, budgets, and execution schedules to ensure all competition milestones are delivered on time.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers for event infrastructure, equipment, branding, logistics, hospitality, and other operational requirements.
Support sponsorship and partnership initiatives by coordinating with sponsors and partners to secure sponsorships, donations, in-kind contributions,
and other event support.
Develop and coordinate marketing and promotional activities, including flyers, social media content, press releases, school outreach, and other communication materials to increase participation and visibility.
Maintain regular communication with participants, educators, judges, sponsors, partners, and other stakeholders through email, newsletters, digital platforms, and other communication channels.
Coordinate with judges and competition teams to ensure fair, consistent, transparent, and guideline-compliant judging and evaluation processes.
Ensure adherence to competition rules, standards, schedules, and operational guidelines.
Identify potential operational challenges in advance and develop effective contingency plans to ensure uninterrupted event execution.
Collect and analyze feedback from participants, educators, judges, volunteers, and other stakeholders to identify areas for improvement.
Prepare post-event reports, performance summaries, feedback reports, and recommendations for future competitions.
Maintain accurate documentation related to competitions, participants, vendors, sponsors, logistics, budgets, and event outcomes.
Represent the organization professionally while building strong relationships across the robotics, STEM, education, and competition ecosystem.

Educational Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Event Management, Business Administration, Operations, Education, STEM, Communications, or a related field.
A postgraduate qualification/MBA will be an added advantage.
