Job Summary

1. Manages the allocation of responsibilities to Assistant Manager, Sr. Biomedical Engineer.

2. Monitors & appropriately take actions based on the report submitted by Assistant Manager to make the call management process effective to reduce the downtime of the machine.

- Monitors the breakdown time & response time of individual engineers and appropriately takes necessary actions.

4. Escalation to the Companies management through Grievance presentation.

5. Supervises Breakdown & Preventive maintenance & takes appropriate actions.

- Control expenses of repairs.
- Analyze & take corrective actions to maintain the quality indicators.
- Take corrective actions for equipment replacement & disposal.
- Inventory Management.

Job Profile

1. Managing the day to day activities of Biomedical Department.
2. Effectively communicating with major vendors for procurement, service or any other issue.
3. Communicating with inter-department heads.
4. Supervising the administrative work.
5.



Analyzing the major equipment breakdowns.
6. Analyzing the response time of Biomedical engineers.
7. Monitoring the Inventory, call management, post warranty issues & also quality indicators achievement.
8. Impart training to new joiners.
9. Validating equipment Replacement & Disposable process.

Skills

1. Ability to handle a team of at least 5-6 peoples.
2. Positive Communication Skills and capable of analyzing the breakdowns.
3. Ability to lead the department in all conditions.
4. Technically versed with the equipments.
5. Fair Knowledge of Networking in Medical Devices.
6. Fair knowledge of Software that is used for any biomedical application.

Qualification

Requirement - B.E. - Biomedical Engineering

Experience

Preferable Requirement – 12+ Years.
