About the Role

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Manager – Audit & Assurance to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate should possess solid expertise in statutory audits, limited reviews, and Ind AS implementation, with experience handling listed and non-listed clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct statutory audits for Private Limited and Public Limited Companies.
- Perform limited reviews for listed companies in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Handle Ind AS implementation, transition, and adoption assignments.
- Review financial statements and ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and statutory regulations.




- Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of audit engagements.
- Identify audit risks and recommend practical solutions to improve financial reporting and compliance.
- Prepare and review audit documentation and reports.

Candidate Requirements

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
- 2–5 years of post-qualification experience in Audit & Assurance.
- Experience working on listed company audits and limited review assignments.
- Exposure to audits of private and public companies.
- Strong understanding of Ind AS, auditing standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Working knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and client management skills.
