Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Accounts & Finance Head to manage the company's overall finance and accounting functions, including financial reporting, taxation, compliance, audits, cash flow and team management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
- Prepare and review financial statements, MIS, budgets and forecasts.
- Ensure timely GST, TDS, Income Tax and other statutory compliances.
- Manage cash flow, banking operations and bank reconciliations.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks and regulatory authorities.
- Monitor receivables, payables and financial controls.




- Lead and manage the Accounts & Finance team.
- Provide financial insights and support management in business decisions.
- Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end closing.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Accounting, GST, TDS and Income Tax.
- Proficiency in Tally / Tally ERP and MS Excel.
- Excellent financial analysis and MIS reporting skills.
- Experience in audit, budgeting and cash flow management.
- Robust leadership, analytical and communication skills.
- Experience in Fintech/BFSI/Financial Services will be an added advantage.
