About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Management Intern – Sales & Marketing to join our team in Kolkata. This internship is ideal for graduates, MBA/BBA students, and freshers who want practical exposure to sales, business development, lead generation, customer communication, and digital marketing.

The selected candidate will work closely with the sales and marketing team and gain hands-on experience in a professional business environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and follow up with prospective customers through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
- Assist the sales team in lead generation and prospect management.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information about products/services.
- Maintain and update lead records using Google Sheets/CRM.
- Conduct follow-up calls and coordinate with prospects.
- Support digital marketing and social media campaigns.
- Assist in preparing marketing communications and promotional activities.
- Track daily sales activities, follow-ups, and lead conversion.




- Prepare basic sales and marketing reports.
- Support the team in achieving monthly lead-generation and sales targets.

Requirements
- Graduate or pursuing BBA, MBA, B.Com, or any relevant management/business program.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Positive verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Comfortable communicating with customers over phone and WhatsApp.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Interest in sales, marketing, business development, or management.
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
