WE’RE HIRING | MIS EXECUTIVE

Sonali Group is hiring an MIS Executive for our team in Kolkata | Jaipur.

We are looking for a data-driven professional who can manage MIS reporting, work confidently with spreadsheets, identify trends, and turn raw data into meaningful business insights.

Key Responsibilities

? Prepare and maintain daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports

? Collect, organize, and analyze data from different sources

? Create dashboards and management reports using Excel & Google Sheets

? Use Pivot Tables and advanced Excel functions for data analysis

? Track key performance indicators and highlight key trends

? Ensure accuracy and timely submission of reports

? Support management with data-driven insights and decision-making

? Explore AI tools to improve reporting and productivity





Requirements

✔️ 3–5 years of experience as an MIS Executive

✔️ Strong command of Advanced Excel & Google Sheets

✔️ Good knowledge of Pivot Tables

✔️ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

✔️ Background in Mathematics is a plus

✔️ Basic knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, etc. is an added advantage

✔️ Good communication and reporting skills

? CTC: ₹2.5 LPA – ₹4 LPA
