About SGA

SGA is building a new-age growth and learning ecosystem for students and young people.

We work across academic learning, career clarity, life skills, leadership, workshops, digital learning and on-ground educational experiences.

We are looking for a Management Intern who wants to work closely with the founding team and learn how a growing education company is actually built.

This is not a sit-and-watch internship. You will be expected to execute, coordinate, solve problems, and take ownership.

What You’ll Work On

- Support the founder and management team on daily priorities
- Coordinate between marketing, operations, trainers, sales and product teams
- Help execute SGA programs, workshops and launches
- Track tasks, deadlines and follow-ups
- Conduct basic market and competitor research
- Help build presentations, reports and internal documents
- Coordinate with schools, partners, trainers and vendors
- Assist with student/parent surveys and feedback
- Support offline events and activations
- Maintain basic MIS / Google Sheets / dashboards
- Identify operational problems and suggest solutions
- Take ownership of small projects from idea → execution → result

Who We’re Looking For You could be from BBA, BMS, MBA, Engineering, Commerce or any background — your degree matters less than your attitude.

We want someone who is:

- Extremely proactive
- Comfortable taking responsibility
- Good at communication and follow-ups
- Organised and execution-oriented




- Comfortable using Google Sheets, Docs, Canva and AI tools
- Curious about startups, education, marketing and business
- Comfortable speaking with different kinds of people
- Able to work in a fast-changing startup environment
- Fluent in English + Hindi
- Marathi communication is a robust advantage
