- Manage and coordinate plant maintenance activities to ensure optimal equipment performance, reliability, and safety.
- Develop and implement effective preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and reduce costs.
- Lead a team of mechanics, electricians, and other technicians to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify areas for improvement in manufacturing processes.
Job Requirements :
- 7-15 years of experience in mechanical or utility maintenance management in the fmcg & Beverages industry.
- Robust knowledge of plant operations, including utilities
- Proven track record in developing and implementing successful preventative maintenance programs.
