If you h ave solid practical knowledge in electrical, plumbing, AC maintenance and general hotel engineering, this opportunity is for you.

C maintenance & gas refilling• Prevent ive maintenance of hotel facilities• Emergen cy breakdowns & repairs• Regular property inspections• Coordin ating maintenance requirements across multiple properties• Maintai ning safety and engineering standards

? What We’re Looking For

✅ Minimum 5 years’ experience in hotel / resort / service apartment maintenance

✅ Strong hands-on technical skills

✅ Multi-skilled in electrical, plumbing & AC works

✅ Willingness to travel across South India





✅ Ability to independently manage day-to-day engineering requirements

✅ Hospitality experience preferred
