Position: Maintenance Engineer

Lee Spring India is seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Engineer to oversee maintenance activities, manage facility equipment, and ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations of the plant.

Location: Bangalore

Position: Maintenance Engineer

Experience: 4–5 years in Plant and Machinery maintenance

Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Facility Management preferred

Reporting: Plant Head / Production Manager

Responsibilities:

- Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily maintenance activities.
- Oversee installation, repair, and upkeep of plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems, and general facilities.
- Ensure proper functioning of plant machinery, equipment, and utilities.
- Monitor maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency.




- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, costs, and inspections.
- Planned PPM for the Respective machine will be carried out and records will be maintained.
- Identify and resolve equipment-related issues proactively.
- Supervise and guide maintenance staff and contractors.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability.
- Prepare maintenance reports and communicate with management regularly.
- Monitoring the Adherence of using Safety PPE will be monitored all over the shop floor.
- Handling AMC Vendors for on time services of the machines.
- Maintaining and updating Breakdown, MTTR and MTBF Reports
- Supporting Tool Room and production team.
- Maintaining Compressor health and pneumatic lines in Shop Floor.
- Supporting NPD and Admin activities.
- Commissioning and Movement Activities of New or Existing Machines.
- Incident or Accidents, Incident Report & Action plan to be prepared and maintained.

Requirements:

- Robust knowledge of plant and machinery maintenance, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance practices.
- Strong skills in maintenance planning, scheduling, breakdown analysis, and preventive/predictive maintenance.
- Good knowledge of maintenance documentation, spare parts management, and maintenance records.
- Thorough understanding of safety procedures, statutory requirements, and good maintenance practices.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in precision engineering or similar industrial operations, will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
