Role Description The Maintenance - Lead role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad, responsible for overseeing maintenance activities across dairy processing and farm infrastructure. This role involves planning and executing preventive maintenance schedules, supervising maintenance technicians, and ensuring equipment and machinery operate safely and efficiently.

The Maintenance

Lead will diagnose technical issues, coordinate repairs, manage spare parts inventory, and work with operations teams to minimize downtime.



The role also includes maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards, documenting maintenance activities, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives in line with Akshayakalpa Organic’s sustainability and efficiency goals.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair for dairy processing or industrial machinery.
- Experience in Preventive Maintenance planning and execution to reduce breakdowns and extend equipment life.
- Hands-on Maintenance and Troubleshooting skills for electrical, mechanical, and utility systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and maintenance documentation.
- Experience leading maintenance teams, assigning tasks, and monitoring performance.
- Knowledge of safety standards, quality systems, and compliance practices in a production or food-processing environment.
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in dairy, food processing, or agro-based industries is an advantage.
