Operate production and injection moulding machines as per standard operating procedures. Set and adjust machine parameters according to product requirements. Monitor machine operation and identify abnormal conditions or breakdowns.
Check product quality and ensure dimensions and specifications are maintained. Perform basic machine cleaning, lubrication, and routine maintenance. Maintain production records, machine logs, and daily output reports.
Follow production schedules and achieve daily production targets. Ensure proper handling of raw materials and finished products. Follow all safety procedures and use required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Report machine faults, quality issues, material shortages, and other problems to the supervisor. Maintain cleanliness and 5S standards in the work area. Coordinate with the Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Stores teams.
