Key Responsibilities:

- Operate production machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor machine performance and adjust settings to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines to prevent breakdowns.
- Inspect finished products for defects and maintain quality standards.
- Report any machine malfunctions or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Follow health, safety, and environmental regulations strictly.
- Maintain accurate records of machine operations and production output.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet daily targets and deadlines.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar role in manufacturing.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and manuals.
- Basic mechanical skills and troubleshooting abilities.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and protocols.
- Ability to work in shifts and handle physical demands of the job.
