About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Luxury Wedding Planner who can manage weddings from initial client discussions through planning, coordination and final execution.

The ideal candidate will have strong client servicing and project coordination skills, a good understanding of wedding operations and vendors, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced event environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Meet and understand clients' wedding requirements, preferences, budget and overall vision.
- Manage the planning and coordination of weddings from initial discussions through on-ground execution.
- Source, coordinate and manage venues, décor, production, hospitality, logistics, entertainment and other event requirements.
- Develop wedding concepts and event experiences aligned with the client's vision, venue and budget.
- Prepare and present proposals, concepts, timelines and event plans to clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, artists, venues and external partners to ensure smooth event delivery.
- Manage event timelines, deliverables, budgets and vendor commitments while maintaining quality standards.
- Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the planning and execution process.
- Coordinate venue visits, planning meetings and vendor meetings as required.
- Monitor event preparations and ensure all agreed deliverables are completed within timelines.
- Be present on-site during weddings and destination events to supervise execution and resolve issues in real time.
- Handle last-minute changes, client requests and on-ground challenges professionally.




- Identify additional client requirements and coordinate with the relevant internal teams to ensure they are incorporated into the event plan.
- Manage multiple weddings and events simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and service quality.
- Travel to destination weddings and events across India and overseas as required.

What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in wedding planning, event management, luxury hospitality or a related field.
- Strong experience in client servicing and relationship management.
- Experience managing multiple weddings or events simultaneously is preferred.
- Positive understanding of wedding planning, vendors, venues and event execution.
- Excellent coordination, multitasking and project management skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong attention to detail with a good understanding of wedding aesthetics and guest experience.
- Ability to manage timelines, multiple stakeholders and last-minute requirements under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Professional and confident approach to client interactions.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays based on event schedules.

Preferred Experience
- Experience handling luxury or premium weddings.
- Experience with destination weddings.
- Existing relationships with wedding venues, vendors or hospitality partners.
- Experience working with high-profile clients.
- Strong negotiation and commercial understanding.
- Experience coordinating with décor, production, hospitality and entertainment teams.

Job Type: Full-time | Permanent Location: Naraina, New Delhi

Work Arrangement: In person

Working Days: Monday–Saturday

Working Hours: 10:00 AM–6:30 PM

Event Schedule: Evening, weekend and holiday work may be required depending on event schedules.
