We're Hiring: LTL Account Coordinator (Mohali, In office)
Department: LTL Operations | Salary Upto ₹40,000/month
Join our team and play a key role in ensuring smooth LTL operations, shipment visibility, and timely documentation!
What you'll do:
- Manage missed pickups & coordinate rescheduling with carriers
- Track and update shipment status daily
- Retrieve, verify & upload Proof of Delivery (POD) documents
- Follow up on aging PODs and escalate when needed
- Maintain accurate records and ensure SOP compliance
What we're looking for:
- 06 months to 1 year of logistics experience
- Strong attention to detail & organizational skills
- Good communication skills for carrier coordination
- Ability to work independently under deadlines
Shift & Perks:
- Monday to Friday | Fixed Shift: 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM
- Cab facility provided
- Meal services provided
