Key Job Role:

- Maintain logistics-related data in systems, including freight rates and master data.
- Execute logistics transactions such as delivery, shipment, and invoice creation.
- Coordinate daily operations with overseas stakeholders including Customer Service, Sales, Warehouse, Inventory, and Planning teams.
- Create standard reports on open orders, closed orders, and inventory availability, and post relevant transactions in SAP.
- Prepare and verify import/export customs documentation (shipment details, CTH, duties, etc.) for regions including North America, Europe, APAC, and Brazil.
- Maintain shipment and customs data accurately for reporting and compliance.
- Identify and highlight system concerns, collaborating with stakeholders to implement effective solutions.
- Provide support to sub-functions across APAC, Europe, and North America (Customer Service, EXIM, Toller Operations).
- Participate in process improvement and streamlining initiatives.
- Prepare and manage Management Information System (MIS) reports.

Work Time Zone:

- Regional time zones may include North America, Europe, or APAC.
- Flexibility to work according to business requirements.

Technical Skills Requirement:





- Knowledge of EXIM operations and international commercial terms (Incoterms).
- Proficiency in SAP and intermediate MS Excel.
- Experience in report preparation using Excel (Pivot Tables), PowerPoint, and Power BI.
- Robust written and verbal communication skills in English (mandatory).
- International logistics experience is an added advantage.

Qualification:

- Graduate in B.Com, B.Sc, BCA, BBA, or MBA.

- 3–6 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or export-import operations.
