We are hiring for a Logistics Head Warehouse & Transportation to lead end-to-end warehouse and transportation operations for a leading FMCG & beverage organization. The role will focus on driving operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, logistics cost optimization, service levels, compliance, and team performance.

Responsibilities

1. Lead end-to-end warehouse and transportation operations, ensuring efficient storage, distribution, and delivery.
2. Oversee receiving, warehousing, dispatch, distribution, and inventory management activities.
3. Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization while maintaining inventory accuracy through cycle counts.
4. Plan transportation routes and manage the complete order-to-delivery cycle.
5. Manage and negotiate with transporters, carriers, and logistics vendors to optimize service and costs.
6. Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery and adherence to logistics KPIs.
7. Develop logistics strategies and identify opportunities for cost reduction and productivity improvement.

Requirements

1. 6–7 years of experience in Warehouse & Transportation / Logistics operations.
2. Proven experience as a Logistics Manager or in a similar leadership role.
3. Strong expertise in warehouse management and transportation operations.
4. Hands-on experience with WMS and TMS.
5. Strong exposure to carrier/vendor management and logistics cost optimization.
6. B.Tech / MBA from Tier-1/Tier-2 institutions; candidates from institutes such as NITs, IIMs, NITIE, SP Jain,



and Welingkar are preferred.
