Role & responsibilities
- Pitch about loans.
- Clear Customer queries and help them for booking.
- Taking Follow Ups
- Basic Documents Check
- Handling customer profiles
- Coordinating with Credit Team
- Token Attach Rate
Requirements
- College graduate
- 1-7 years of experience in auto loans (experience in used car loans is preferred but not mandatory)
- Experience with DSA is prefered
