Relationship Manager Life Insurance | Agency Channel

Location: Mohali, Chandigarh, Panchkula, Ludhiana, Jammu, Jalandhar

CTC: 3.5 + Incentives (For Fresher)

3.5 - 5 LPA + Incentives (For Experienced)

Experience: 1+ year in Life Insurance Agency Channel

Education: Graduation mandatory

Age: Up to 34 years

Role & Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain relationships with insurance advisors/agents.
- Recruit, onboard and activate new advisors to build the agency network.
- Drive business through the existing and newly recruited advisor network.
- Support advisors with product knowledge, sales guidance and business generation.
- Conduct regular field visits and meet advisors to strengthen relationships.
- Achieve assigned sales and business targets.

Requirements:





- Minimum 1 year of experience in the Life Insurance Agency Channel.
- Robust communication and relationship-management skills.
- Comfortable with field work and sales targets.
- Agency Channel experience is mandatory.
- Candidates from Bancassurance/Banca profiles are not preferred.
