? Hiring: L1.5/L2 Support Engineer – AS400 + COBOL

We are looking for an experienced L1.5/L2 Support Engineer with strong hands-on experience in AS400/iSeries, COBOL, DB2 and CL to support enterprise legacy applications.

? Key Responsibilities

- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in a production support setting.
- Analyze incidents, identify recurring issues and spot application trends.
- Work on AS400/iSeries applications and support COBOL-based systems.
- Perform DB2 querying and basic SQL/data analysis .
- Work with CL/CLLE commands for troubleshooting and operational activities.
- Support WINS, nightly jobs and policy data processing after onboarding.
- Monitor application performance using tools such as Dynatrace / IBM monitoring tools .
- Document incidents,



resolutions and technical procedures.
- Coordinate with users and technical teams to resolve production issues.
