RoleWe are looking for a Legal Manager with strong real estate experience to handle land acquisition, property due diligence, documentation, regulatory compliance and litigation.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct property title verification, due diligence and title reports.
- Review and draft JDAs, Sale Deeds, MoUs, Development Agreements and POAs.
- Support land acquisition, negotiations and property transactions.
- Ensure compliance with RERA, Registration, Stamp Duty and property laws.
- Handle legal notices, disputes and coordinate with external advocates.
- Provide legal opinions and support Projects, Land Acquisition, Sales, Finance and Procurement teams.





Required Skills
- Strong Real Estate / Property Law experience.
- Hands-on Title Verification & Due Diligence.
- Expertise in real estate documentation and legal drafting.
- Knowledge of RERA and land/property laws.
- Strong negotiation, analytical and stakeholder-management skills.

Candidate ProfileLL.B. with 5–10 years of experience, preferably with a real estate developer, property development company, infrastructure company or real estate law firm. Hands-on experience in land/property transactions and title due diligence is essential.
