Jure has a dedicated team with strong experience in banking laws and related fields. The firm specializes in scrutiny of title documents, legal searches, RERA registration, registration of title deeds, and providing legal opinions on property matters. It also supports builders and developers with documentation, registrations, and obtaining NOCs from various departments.

Role Description The Legal Executive – Property Law will work on-site in Jaipur in a full-time capacity. The role involves scrutinizing title documents, conducting legal searches in relevant departments, and assisting with RERA registration of real estate projects. The individual will prepare, review, and register various title deeds with sub-registrar offices, and provide clear legal opinions on property titles after detailed examination.

Daily tasks include vetting original documents, drafting and managing conveyancing documentation, coordinating with builders and developers, and liaising with authorities to obtain necessary NOCs.



The role also requires maintaining accurate records, supporting senior legal professionals, and ensuring compliance with applicable property and banking laws.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Law and Property Law, with the ability to interpret and apply relevant statutes and regulations.

- Proficiency in Conveyancing, including drafting, reviewing, and managing property-related agreements and title deeds.

- Experience in Legal Document Preparation, including scrutiny of title documents, vetting original papers, and maintaining organized case files.

- Capability to provide explicit, well-reasoned Legal Advice on property titles, transactions, and compliance requirements.

- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B) from an accredited institution; enrollment with a Bar Council is preferred.

- Prior experience in property law, real estate, or banking law matters, ideally within a law firm or in-house legal department.

- Strong analytical and research skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients, builders, developers, and government offices.

- Ability to work independently, manage multiple matters, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
