The Role

As Legal Associate – Corporate & Commercial, you will support legal matters across ARL and Growize Farms, with a robust focus on contract drafting, review, documentation and legal risk management.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can understand a business transaction, translate it into clear legal documentation and identify risks without unnecessarily slowing the business down.

What You'll Own

- Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements, NDAs, MOUs, vendor/customer contracts, consulting and employment-related agreements.
- Support Growize investor, reservation, LLP, project, land/lease and channel-partner documentation.
- Support fundraising and corporate transactions including term sheets, investment agreements, due diligence and data-room documentation.




- Conduct legal research and provide practical inputs on corporate, commercial, contractual and regulatory matters.
- Maintain agreements, legal records, trackers, renewals and documentation.
- Support legal notices, disputes and coordination with external lawyers where required.
- Coordinate with Finance, Operations, Investor Relations and external legal/secretarial professionals on legal matters.

What We're Looking For

- LLB required; LLM is a plus, with 2–4 years of relevant experience.
- Strong experience in corporate/commercial contract drafting and review.
- Good understanding of Indian contract and corporate law.
- Strong legal research, drafting and attention to detail.
- Ability to identify legal and commercial risks and communicate them clearly.
- Comfortable independently managing multiple agreements and stakeholders in a fast-moving startup environment.

Good to have: Experience with startups, law firms, fundraising/investment documentation, LLPs, land/real-estate documentation, AgTech or technology businesses.
