Hiring: Senior Advocate / Senior Legal Consultant – Litigation & Corporate Legal Affairs

Location: Shivajinagar, Pune, Maharashtra

Experience: 15–20 Years

CTC: ₹12 LPA

Department: Legal & Compliance

Key Responsibilities:

- Independently handle and supervise litigation and court proceedings.
- Represent the company before High Courts, District/Civil Courts, Commercial Courts, Tribunals and Labour/Industrial Forums.
- Draft and review pleadings, legal notices, petitions, appeals, affidavits and other legal documents.
- Handle arbitration, mediation, dispute resolution and settlement matters.
- Provide legal advice on corporate/commercial contracts, agreements and MOUs.
- Handle property/real estate legal matters, including title, lease, possession and development disputes.
- Manage employment/labour disputes and related legal matters.




- Conduct legal due diligence, risk assessment and regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate and manage external advocates, Senior Counsel and law firms.
- Advise senior management on litigation strategy, legal risks and dispute resolution.

Eligibility:

- LL.B. mandatory.
- Valid Bar Council enrolment wherever required.
- Strong knowledge of Indian laws and legal procedures.
- 15–20 years of relevant legal experience with strong litigation exposure.
- Experience handling High Courts, Commercial Courts, Tribunals and Arbitration preferred.
- Robust legal drafting, negotiation, litigation management and communication skills.
