Job Summary
We are seeking a Legal Advisor for a real estate company with an extensive land bank. The ideal candidate must have significant experience in drafting and collaborating with senior councils. You should possess the confidence to appear before revenue authorities and city civil courts, conduct detailed legal research, and provide strategic recommendations to the legal team and management.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Demonstrated knowledge of Revenue Law, SRA matters, and general Real Estate Law.
- Ability to draft and finalize leave and license agreements as well as development agreements.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience
