About the Role

We are looking for a Leasing Operations & Documentation Executive to drive the smooth execution of live leasing transactions by managing documentation, stakeholder coordination, transaction milestones and compliance activities.

This is a high-ownership operations role for someone who enjoys turning complex transactions into structured, timely and well-documented execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate client onboarding and ensure required information and transaction documents are collected, organised and tracked.
- Prepare, maintain and coordinate transaction documentation across clients, internal teams and financing stakeholders.
- Drive document circulation, execution, stamping, filing and closure with strong version and record discipline.
- Coordinate procurement and transaction paperwork with internal teams, clients and vendors.
- Support asset delivery and post-delivery documentation, including installation records, operational confirmations and asset records.
- Maintain trackers for live transactions, pending actions, renewals, compliance requirements and documentation milestones.
- Coordinate with legal, company secretarial, finance, insurance and operations stakeholders to close dependencies on time.
- Support ongoing lease administration, asset monitoring and end-of-lease documentation.
- Identify missing information,



inconsistencies and process gaps and escalate them proactively with a transparent action trail.

What We’re Looking For

✔️ 2–3 years of experience in financial-services operations, NBFC/lending operations, leasing, documentation, legal operations, loan processing or similar roles.

✔️ Strong documentation and coordination skills with excellent attention to detail.

✔️ Ability to handle confidential client and transaction information.

✔️ Strong MS Excel and tracker-management skills.

✔️ Familiarity with CRM/workflow systems will be an advantage.

✔️ Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines independently.

✔️ Clear communication, professional follow-up skills and strong ownership.

✔️ Exposure to agreements, KYC, compliance documentation or transaction execution will be an advantage.
