The Learning Support Administrator supports the end-to-end operational administration of BV’s global learning and development programs. The role ensures that learning platforms, content, learner data, reporting, session logistics, trainer documentation, and financial administration are accurate, timely, and well administered.

The role works closely with the Sustainability Global Program Team, participants, internal and external trainers, and other stakeholders across different regions and time zones.

Core responsibilities

1. Learning platform and content administration

- Administer and maintain up-to-date learning content and activities in SharePoint and Moodle (LMS), and other relevant systems.
- Collect attendance sheets, recordings, transcripts, learning materials, and other required documentation after each session.
- Ensure that all learning content is published according to agreed timelines and quality standards.
- Prepare learning platforms and content for new program editions and cohorts.

2. Learner progress and engagement monitoring

- Monitor learner attendance,



participation, knowledge checks, competency assessments and other learning milestones.
- Maintain accurate participant tracking files and provide regular visibility on learner status to the team and to the participant.
- Follow up proactively with learners regarding missed deadlines, incomplete activities, attendance, and engagement.
- Support a positive and consistent learner experience throughout the program.

3. Learning data, reporting, and dashboards

- Consolidate attendance, learning-hours, and completion of competency assessments, knowledge checks and feedback forms,
- Complete monthly mass uploads of learning hours and other required learning data.
- Maintain and update KPI dashboards and regular reports for program governance and management review.
- Support the development of automation and process improvements to reduce manual administration and improve data quality.
- Maintain the trainer and provider database, including expertise, specializations, availability, delivery history, contact details, and system IDs.

4. Continuous improvement and operational ownership

- dentify opportunities to improve learning administration, learner engagement, data management, reporting, and workflow efficiency.
- Propose and implement approved improvements, including automation and standardization initiatives.




- Take ownership of assigned activities and complete them with increasing autonomy.
- Anticipate operational risks, identify blockers, and escalate them with clear recommendations.
- Participate in selected learning modules.
- Support the operational preparation of learning sessions.
- Invoice management, when applicable.

Qualifications and experience

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, education, learning and development, or a related field.
- Two to three years of experience in learning and development administration, LMS administration, program coordination, training operations, or a similar role.
- Experience working with an LMS or learning administration platform; experience with Moodle or SuccessFactors Learning is advantageous.
- Experience with SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Excel.
- Strong Excel skills, including data validation, lookups, pivot tables, charts and data consolidation.
- Experience preparing reports, maintaining dashboards, or working with operational data.
- Qualified proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in an international environment is advantageous.
