Job Summary

The Compensation Module Functional Consultant is responsible for managing the configuration validation testing and ongoing support of the Oracle Fusion Compensation module This role partners closely with implementation teams and client stakeholders to ensure compensation processes are accurately configured tested and aligned with business requirements The position also serves as a trusted advisor during solution design system upgrades and postimplementation support activities Key Responsibilities Responsible to resolve the issues raised for Base Compensation Responsible to take enhancement requirements prepare functional design documents prepare test scenarios conducting SIT and migration to production Collaborate with clients to provide functional expertise recommendations and bestpractice guidance for Base Compensation solutions Support and guide client HR stakeholders on new Compensation module features introduced through Oracle Fusion upgrades including testing and adoption activities Develop and maintain user guides process documentation and knowledgetransfer materials to enable effective system administration and ongoing maintenance Participate actively in project status meetings issue resolution discussions and stakeholder engagements to ensure timely delivery of solutions and high client satisfaction Required Skills and Competencies Solid knowledge of Oracle Fusion Base Compensation and Workforce Compensation Experience in system testing data validation and quality assurance activities Understanding of compensationrelated HR business processes and best practices Excellent stakeholder management communication and clientfacing skills Ability to analyse issues recommend solutions and support successful project delivery Experience creating user documentation training materials and process guides.
