Key Responsibilities
Experience Range: 10-15+ Years
- Perform mechanical simulation and analysis to support product design and development in the heavy equipment domain.
- Develop, review, and validate FE models, mesh quality, and simulation setups with appropriate loads and boundary conditions.
- Conduct structural, agile, fatigue, and bolt joint analyses to evaluate product performance and durability.
- Analyze simulation results and present findings through graphical reports and engineering recommendations.
- Identify and recommend design improvements to enhance strength, reliability, manufacturability, and overall product performance.
- Work extensively on large and complex assemblies while ensuring compliance with engineering standards and development processes.
- Collaborate closely with design, manufacturing, and product engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Contribute to concept development and detailed design of complex components and subsystems.
- Support engineering activities related to sheet metal structures, castings, weldments, and manufacturing processes.
- Ensure effective integration of simulation methodologies into the product design and validation process.
