About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of next-generation AI-powered platforms, including Agentic AI solutions, conversational applications, and voice-enabled systems. This role requires a strong blend of architecture expertise, cloud engineering, AI integration knowledge, and application development experience.

As a key technical leader, you will define end-to-end solution architectures, establish infrastructure requirements, and ensure secure, scalable integration of AI capabilities into enterprise applications. You will act as the bridge between data, AI, and application teams, driving alignment across multiple technology domains to deliver innovative business solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design end-to-end architectures for AI-powered applications, including intelligent agents, conversational platforms, and voice-enabled solutions.
- Integrate large language models (LLMs), AI services, machine learning models, and autonomous agent frameworks into web and mobile applications.
- Architect scalable solutions for speech processing, natural language understanding, and conversational experiences.
- Define infrastructure requirements to support AI workloads, including compute resources, storage solutions, vector databases, and scalability considerations.
- Design and oversee API-first architectures using modern integration patterns and microservices principles.
- Lead the implementation of AI orchestration frameworks and autonomous agent solutions.
- Establish technical standards for system performance, scalability, reliability, and availability.
- Develop architecture blueprints, technical roadmaps, and solution documentation.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure efficient deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management of AI solutions.




- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend architecture improvements that support business objectives.
- Conduct feasibility assessments, technical discovery sessions, and solution reviews prior to project execution.
- Ensure alignment between data platforms, machine learning pipelines, and application ecosystems.
- Drive best practices for cloud architecture, automation, security, and operational excellence.

AI & Solution Architecture Responsibilities
- Design architectures supporting Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, workflow automation, and enterprise knowledge solutions.
- Build scalable conversational AI and virtual assistant ecosystems.
- Architect integrations between enterprise systems, AI models, and external services.
- Establish token management, latency optimization, throughput planning, and cost-control strategies.
- Design solutions that support high availability, resilience, and enterprise-scale adoption.

Security & Governance
- Implement AI security frameworks and governance standards.
- Define strategies for data protection, encryption, access control, and privacy compliance.
- Ensure sensitive information is handled securely through masking, monitoring, and governance controls.
- Support compliance with organizational, regulatory, and data residency requirements.
- Incorporate security best practices throughout the application and AI solution lifecycle.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in solution architecture, software architecture, technical leadership, or related roles.
- At least 2 years of experience designing or integrating AI, machine learning, or data science solutions within enterprise environments.
- Robust experience designing scalable, cloud-native architectures and distributed systems.




- Proven ability to lead technical discussions and align multiple stakeholder groups around architectural decisions.
- Experience translating business requirements into end-to-end technical solutions.

Technical Skills
- Strong expertise in at least one backend technology stack such as .NET or Python.
- Experience with modern frontend and backend technologies including React, Node.js, and JavaScript.
- Hands-on experience architecting AI solutions using frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGPT, or similar agent orchestration platforms.
- Deep understanding of LLM integration patterns, prompt orchestration, and AI application architectures.
- Experience designing and managing RESTful APIs, GraphQL services, and microservices-based applications.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automation using modern DevOps practices and tooling.
- Experience working with vector databases and knowledge retrieval architectures.

Cloud & Platform Expertise
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure and cloud-native architecture principles.
- Experience with AI and machine learning services within cloud environments.
- Experience deploying applications and AI workloads using managed platform services and container orchestration technologies.
- Familiarity with infrastructure automation, containerization, monitoring, logging, and scalability best practices.
- Experience implementing high-availability and disaster recovery strategies for enterprise applications.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building enterprise AI, Agentic AI, Generative AI, or conversational AI solutions.
- Knowledge of voice technologies, speech processing, and natural language understanding platforms.
- Experience working with data engineering teams, feature stores, data pipelines, and machine learning operations.
- Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns and API management.
- Experience leading cross-functional technology initiatives.

- Cloud Solutions Architect certifications.
