Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Regional Safety Head to lead and implement Setting, Health &

- Safety (EHS) strategies across multiple projects. The role involves driving safety culture, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards, and overseeing safety operations across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

- Implement EHS strategy across all regional projects in alignment with company objectives

- Ensure adherence to safety standards, policies, and procedures (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001)

- Conduct safety audits, inspections, and ensure closure of non-conformities

- Lead and mentor project safety teams and ensure effective deployment of EHS personnel

- Drive safety culture through training, Behaviour-Based Safety (BBS), and awareness programs

- Ensure inclusion of safety requirements in tenders, contracts, and project planning





- Monitor EHS performance and present reports to senior management

- Coordinate with HO Safety and project teams for effective implementation of safety systems

- Manage contractor safety compliance through audits and review mechanisms

- Review key EHS documents like HIRA, emergency plans, and legal compliance records
