The role sits at the intersection of product thinking, design craft and technology.

You will help shape products used by millions of people while developing your ability to solve complex problems, create thoughtful experiences and raise the quality of everything you touch.

You'll Probably Enjoy This Role If You Have

- Strong UX, interaction design and visual design fundamentals
- A keen eye for hierarchy, typography, spacing and visual consistency
- The ability to simplify complexity and focus on what matters most
- High attention to detail and a strong sense of quality
- Curiosity about people, products and behaviour
- Ownership and accountability for your work
- Curiosity about AI and how it is reshaping products and customer experiences

Experience in Banking, Financial Services, B2B SaaS, Enterprise Platforms or Commerce is valuable. Most importantly, we're looking for people who care deeply about craft, continuously raise their standards and are motivated by solving meaningful problems.

Success In This Role

Within 3–6 months, you should be producing consistently high-quality work, demonstrating strong product thinking and earning trust through reliability, ownership and attention to detail.

Over time, we expect people in this role to grow from executing solutions to helping define them.





The strongest people in this role eventually become Senior Product Designers, Design Leads and Principal Product Designers who shape product direction and influence key decisions.

At BOMBAYDC, compensation is one part of our overall opportunity.

This role is open across Lead Product Designer and Senior Product Designers. The final level will be determined through the interview process based on demonstrated capability.

Compensation is determined within a range, providing the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within the role. Final compensation will depend on demonstrated capability, experience and role level.

In addition to fixed compensation, eligible team members may participate in performance-linked rewards and growth opportunities as they progress within the company.
