Role Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced Principal AI Architect with 14+ years of expertise to design, build, and scale enterprise-grade Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Data Architecture systems. In this role, you will lead end-to-end AI initiatives—from robust ETL/ELT pipelines and advanced feature engineering to production MLOps, LLM deployments, and autonomous AI Agent frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

- Architecture & Strategy: Architect scalable Machine Learning solutions, Generative AI pipelines, and enterprise data frameworks across multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Data Engineering & EDA: Design robust ETL/ELT data pipelines, perform comprehensive data cleaning, preprocessing, exploratory data analysis (EDA), and advanced feature engineering.
- MLOps & Lifecycle Management: Establish automated MLOps environments encompassing model versioning, continuous training, experiment tracking, continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD), and real-time monitoring.
- Generative AI & LLMs: Design and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, leverage leading Large Language Models (OpenAI, LLaMA, Gemini, BERT),



and conduct advanced prompt engineering.
- AI Agents & Ecosystems: Develop autonomous AI Agent frameworks, implementing enterprise security, compliance protocols, and robust authentication mechanisms.
- Database & Vector Storage Management: Architect high-performance data systems using RDBMS, NoSQL, and specialized Vector Databases for similarity search and retrieval.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Mentor engineering teams, collaborate with key business stakeholders, and drive AI/ML innovation across enterprise platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience: 14+ years of hands-on experience in Software Engineering, Data Engineering, Machine Learning, and Enterprise AI Architecture.
- Core ML & Statistics: Expertise in fundamental machine learning algorithms, model design, hyperparameter tuning, splitting, encoding, and optimization techniques.
- Programming Languages: Python, Scala, Java, R.
- Libraries & Frameworks: Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, XGBoost, LightGBM, Matplotlib.
- MLOps & DevOps: Git, DVC, MLFlow, Docker, Kubernetes, Kubeflow, Apache Airflow, CI/CD deployment pipelines.
- Cloud & AI Platforms: AWS SageMaker, Azure ML Services, Google AI Platform, AWS Bedrock, AWS Cloud Foundry.
- Data Warehouses & Cloud Platforms: Databricks, Snowflake, Salesforce, SAP, AWS/Azure/GCP Data Cloud Platforms.
- Databases: Deep experience with RDBMS (PostgreSQL, MySQL), NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra), and Vector Databases (Pinecone, Milvus, Qdrant, Chroma).
- AI Security: Robust knowledge of AI compliance, data privacy, governance, and secure agent authentication protocols.
