Designation: Account Delivery Manager

Job Summary

Incumbent is responsible for handling Branch P&L;, end to end operations, and people management responsibilities. This role is responsible for business development, branch operations, supply management and safety compliance related to EMS business. This role plays a pivotal role in EMS revenue retention and expansion. Talent development & management is crucial to this role.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Strategic

- Handle Branch P&L; - Revenue and Gross Margin

- Responsible for effective utilization of available resources and ensure high level of productivity

- Responsible for customer retention through efficient operations on ground

- Responsible for business development and expansion of Branch revenue





- Responsible for adoption of technology platforms and bring in process improvements across functions

- Responsible for zero accidents and safe travel of customer employees always

- Functional Responsibility - 1

- Responsible for DSO Management

- Responsible for customer satisfaction & manage customer escalations

- Ensure appropriate Business Partner mix - Aggregator / Fleet Owner/ DCO

- Responsible for timely availability of fleet/ manpower basis customer requirements

- Functional Responsibility - 2

- Responsible for handling business process audit & compliance to norms applicable to the industry

- Responsible for project review of agreed operational SLA

- Responsible for timely review of OCF and contract renewal

- Responsible for working closely with NAM to build a healthy sales pipeline

- People Responsibility

- Responsible for capability building and development of branch talent

- Responsible for stakeholder index development (MCARES/ TPA survey)

Key Performance Indicator

- Financial - Branch Revenue, Gross Margin, DSO

- Customer - CSAT Score

- Process - Business partner mix, Branch Audit Score

- Capability building and Stakeholder Index

Educational Qualifications

- Category: Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree

- Degree: Master of Business Administration - MBA, Master of Management Studies - MMS, Post
