Role Summary

Looking for a hands-on Lead Java Developer to lead the development of scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, databases, and cloud technologies, along with the ability to mentor developers and provide technical leadership.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design, development, and delivery of Java-based enterprise applications.
- Develop scalable and high-performance applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Design and implement Microservices and REST APIs.
- Lead technical discussions and contribute to solution and system design.
- Review code and ensure coding standards, scalability, security, and performance.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Work closely with engineering, product, QA, DevOps, and client teams.
- Mentor developers and provide technical guidance to the team.
- Ensure application quality, performance, security, and maintainability.
- Support CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and production issue resolution.
- Contribute to technical documentation and development best practices.

Required Skills

- Strong experience in Core Java and Java 8+.
- Strong experience with Spring Boot and Spring Framework.




- Hands-on experience with Microservices Architecture.
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs and API integrations.
- Good understanding of SQL and relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle.
- Experience with Hibernate/JPA.
- Strong understanding of OOP, design patterns, and data structures.
- Experience with distributed systems and scalable application development.
- Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, and containerization.
- Hands-on experience with Docker.
- Cloud experience with AWS/Azure/GCP.
- Strong system design, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

Valuable to Have

- Experience with Kafka/RabbitMQ or messaging systems.
- Knowledge of Kubernetes.
- Experience with Redis or caching technologies.
- Experience with Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
- Knowledge of cloud-native application development.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
