Role Description The Lead Generation Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Rithala, responsible for identifying and qualifying potential clients for Smart Print Solutions’ garment printing services. The role involves researching prospective businesses, brands, schools, corporates, and organizations, and building targeted lead lists using online and offline sources.

The Lead Generation

Specialist will conduct outreach through calls, emails, and messaging platforms, nurture leads,



schedule meetings or demos for the sales team, and maintain accurate records in lead tracking systems or CRM tools. Daily tasks include collaborating with sales and marketing to refine lead criteria, reporting on lead pipeline performance, and continuously improving lead generation strategies to support revenue growth.

Qualifications

- Ability to generate and manage new leads and demonstrate strong lead generation capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills for professional outreach, follow-ups, and relationship-building.
- Solid sales aptitude with an understanding of basic sales funnels and conversion processes.
- Robust research skills to identify target markets, potential clients, and industry opportunities.
- Proficiency in using CRM or lead management tools, spreadsheets, and online databases.
- Comfortable with phone and digital outreach, including cold calling and email campaigns.
- Ability to work on-site in Mayapuri, manage time effectively, and meet lead and conversion targets.
- Prior experience in B2B lead generation, printing, apparel, or related industries is an advantage.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
