Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Lead Generation Executive role based in Pune District.

The Lead Generation

Executive will identify and qualify new business opportunities through targeted market research, database building, and outreach to potential clients in commercial and industrial sectors. Daily responsibilities include researching prospective customers, generating and nurturing leads via calls, emails, and digital channels, and coordinating with the sales team to schedule meetings and product demonstrations. The role involves maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, tracking lead status, preparing basic sales reports, and sharing market feedback with management to refine campaigns and strategies.

The Lead Generation

Executive will collaborate closely with sales and marketing to support revenue growth and strengthen Eudo Engineering’s presence in existing and new markets.

Qualifications

- Ability to generate and manage Current Leads and Lead Generation activities,



including prospecting and qualification.
- Strong Market Research skills to identify target segments, understand customer needs, and track competitors.
- Effective Communication skills for engaging prospects via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to support the sales team in converting leads into opportunities.
- Proficiency with CRM or lead management tools and basic MS Office applications.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and accurate record-keeping.
- Ability to work on-site in Pune District and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in B2B lead generation, inside sales, or industrial/commercial products is an advantage.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field preferred.
