1. Knowledge of working in FASTag/ Acquirer or Issuance System OR

NETC System

Toll Plaza System

Other Payment System/ NPCI System
- L1/L2 Support (24/7 format)
- Roster Management
- Monitoring of Application Server, Database Server (Windows Server)
- Monthly Reports (on SLA, Issue Tracker,



CR Tracker)
- Communications (Calls, eMails, etc) with Plazas, Bank Teams, NPCI, etc.
- Data Preparation by using Mssql
- Troubleshooting
- DR Activity
- Team Handling
- Client Handling
- Coordination with L3/L4 Team
- Use of AppDynamics/Dynatrace tool
- Ticketing Tools (JIRA/ etc)

1. Working in IIS is mandatory and Security certificate Installation, SSL, etc.
2. SQL server or other RDBMS
3. Knowledge of Application Security and related testing
