Position- Gyanodaya Learning Associate

Location Navi Mumbai- CBD Belapur

Payroll type- Third Party Payroll- Work from office- 5 days a week

Basic Profile of the position:

Support the Program Directors & Admin on pre, during & post program activities & communication for the assigned Gyanodaya Programs.

KRAs for the profile

Under Co-ordination:

· Ensure that the invited participant’s confirmations are received well within the timelines.

· Coordinate with the Learning Partners & Gyanodaya Admin Team for required program logistics which includes Contract management, pre-program webinar, classroom arrangements (Vitrual & Physical), program material, Admin support, Invoice processes, Post-program co-ordination support etc.

Under Learning Design:

· Understand the pre-work required for the program & support the participants in completing the pre-work.

· Understand Learning Framework (GLEAM)

Learning Framework (GLEAM)



is a Quality assurance approach to Learning Excellence as a process. It is a common framework developed by the Gyanodaya team which will be used to get to the business impact of all programs running at Gyanodaya.

· Finalize GLEAM for the assigned programs and maintain relevant records.

· Execute the agreed activities under GLEAM.

Other Requirements:

The candidate should have:

· Support should be more than just co-ordination and should demonstrate the aptitude of a learning skilled.

· Been involved in identifying right training for right audience.

· Experience in interacting with Senior Managers and business stakeholders.

Skills:

· Excellent Communication Skills.

· Report Writing Skills.

· Comfortable using Excel & PowerPoint.
