Position: Laser Therapist Cum Multitasker

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Laser Therapist Cum Multitasker to join our wellness clinic team. The candidate will be responsible for performing laser and aesthetic treatments, ensuring excellent client experience, and supporting day-to-day clinic operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform laser treatments and other assigned aesthetic procedures as per company protocols.
- Conduct client consultations and understand their concerns and treatment requirements.
- Explain treatment procedures, benefits, precautions, and aftercare instructions to clients.
- Ensure proper preparation, handling, cleaning, and maintenance of laser machines and equipment.
- Maintain proper treatment records and client documentation.
- Follow all safety, hygiene, and clinical protocols during treatments.
- Assist the clinic team in counselling clients and converting consultations into treatment packages.
- Support sales and package-related activities as required.
- Handle multitasking responsibilities related to clinic operations, including client coordination and basic front-desk support when required.
- Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and other clinic staff for smooth daily operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the treatment area.




- Ensure proper stock management of consumables and report shortages to the concerned person.
- Handle client queries and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Achieve assigned treatment, sales, and operational targets.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the management.

Eligibility & Skills

- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in laser therapy/aesthetic treatments preferred.
- Relevant certification or training in Laser Therapy/Aesthetics will be an added advantage.
- Good knowledge of laser procedures, safety protocols, and basic skin treatments.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Presentable, confident, and customer-oriented personality.
- Ability to counsel clients and work towards sales targets.
- Willingness to multitask and support overall clinic operations.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Working Conditions

- Working Hours: 9-hour shift
- Working Days: 6 days per week
- Weekly Off: 1 day as per clinic roster

Job Types: Full time, Permanent Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
