• We are seeking an energetic and target-driven Land Executive to lead on-ground land scouting and property identification across North and South Bangalore.

• The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying prospective land parcels, connecting with local landowners and brokers, evaluating site potential, and assisting our acquisition team.

• Fluency in spoken Kannada and a willingness to undertake extensive local travel daily are mandatory

Qualifications

• Educational Qualification: Any degree • Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in spoken Kannada (essential for building trust with local landowners and local authorities).





• Working knowledge of English or Hindi is an added advantage.

• Mobility: Must possess a valid driving license and a two-wheeler/vehicle for extensive daily field travel across North and South Bangalore.

• Local Geography: Solid familiarity with Bangalore’s layout, outer peripheral zones, expanding corridors, and village limits. Key Competencies & Soft Skills:

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

• High level of initiative, self-motivation, and comfort working independently in the field.

• Basic digital literacy (proficiency in smartphone usage, Google Maps, WhatsApp, and basic Excel/Word reporting). .
