Key Responsibilities

- Provide L2/L3 production and application support while ensuring SLA adherence.
- Troubleshoot SQL database, Linux server, and application-related issues.
- Analyze logs, identify root causes, and coordinate with cross-functional teams for resolution.
- Monitor application health and system performance to ensure high availability.
- Handle incidents, service requests, and change management activities.
- Create and maintain support documentation and operational procedures.

Preferred

Experience supporting enterprise applications in a production setting.

Exposure to monitoring tools and ITIL framework.
