Job Title: Firewall & Network Security Specialist

Mandatory Skills

- Expert-level hands-on experience with Palo Alto and Check Point Firewalls.
- Strong knowledge of Web Application Firewall (WAF) technologies.
- Excellent understanding of F5 Load Balancer & Security Solutions.
- Strong expertise in Routing & Switching (R&S;) including troubleshooting and network design.
- Experience in configuring, managing, and optimizing firewall policies, NAT, VPNs, and security rules.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, DNS, DHCP).
- Experience in security monitoring, log analysis, incident response, and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Palo Alto & Check Point Firewalls.
- Administer and maintain WAF and F5 environments.
- Handle Routing & Switching operations and complex network troubleshooting.
- Monitor firewall logs, security events, and implement security best practices.
- Collaborate with security and infrastructure teams to ensure secure network operations.

Educational Qualifications (Mandatory)





- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication, Cyber Security, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Network Security and Firewall Administration.
- Solid experience in enterprise network security environments.

Mandatory Certifications

- PCNSE (Palo Alto Certified Network Security Engineer) - Mandatory
- CCSE (Check Point Certified Security Expert) - Mandatory

Preferred Certifications

- F5 Certified BIG-IP Administrator (F5-CA)
- CCNP Enterprise
- CCNP Security
- CISSP / CISM (added advantage)
