KYC Executive / KYC Analyst

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Experience: KYC/AML experience required; Stock Broking experience preferred

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Timings: 9:00 AM7:00 PM / 10:00 AM7:00 PM

Saturday: 1st & 3rd Half Day | 2nd & 4th – Off

Preference: Male candidates preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Verify and process KYC documents as per regulatory requirements.
- Conduct CDD and verify identity/address documents.
- Review client records and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate KYC records and perform periodic/re-KYC reviews.
- Ensure compliance with KYC, AML & CFT guidelines.
- Coordinate with clients, Relationship Managers, Operations, and Compliance teams.
- Track pending KYC cases and ensure timely closure.
- Prepare MIS reports and maintain compliance records.
- Stay updated on regulatory and KYC/AML requirements.

Preferred: Experience in stock broking, banking, NBFC, or financial services with valuable knowledge of KYC/AML and MS Excel. Interested?
