KYC Analyst & Document Verification –

Position: KYC Analyst / Document Verification Executive

Department: Compliance / Operations

Location: Chennai

Key Responsibilities

- Verify customer KYC documents including Aadhaar, PAN, Voter ID, Driving Licence, Passport, and address proof.
- Check the authenticity, validity, completeness, and consistency of documents.
- Match customer information across submitted documents and company records.
- Identify fake, altered, expired, incomplete, or mismatched documents.
- Perform customer identity and address verification.
- Review applications and supporting documents before approval.
- Escalate suspicious or high-risk cases to the concerned team.
- Maintain accurate KYC verification records.
- Follow company KYC, AML, compliance, and data-security policies.
- Coordinate with branches and operations teams for missing or incorrect documents.
- Prepare daily and monthly verification reports.




- Maintain confidentiality of customer and financial information.
- Support internal audits and compliance checks.

Required Skills
- Knowledge of KYC and document verification.
- Valuable attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to identify document discrepancies.
- Good communication skills.
- MS Excel and MS Office knowledge.
- Ability to meet verification TAT and deadlines.

Qualification
- Any Bachelor's Degree.
- Experience in KYC, banking, NBFC, finance, gold loan, jewellery, or document verification is preferred.
