Role & Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using ReactJS and NodeJS (MERN Stack).
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services to support business requirements.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and participate in application design and architecture discussions.
- Develop and maintain frontend and backend components with a focus on performance, scalability, and security.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Follow Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to estimate, design, develop, and deploy application features.
- Monitor and optimize application performance while ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Act as an independent contributor and provide technical guidance during project execution.
- Support technical reviews, impact analysis, risk assessments,



and enhancement initiatives.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 5 years of hands-on experience in Full Stack Development using ReactJS and NodeJS.
- Strong expertise in MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, ReactJS, NodeJS).
- Proficient in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience designing and developing REST APIs and backend services.
- Solid understanding of software design principles, object-oriented design, and application architecture.
- Hands-on experience with Git, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development methodologies.
- Experience in Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
- Exposure to Scrum Framework and ITIL processes is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
