Role & responsibilities

- Develop new textile prints, motifs, patterns, and colour combinations.

- Create seamless/repeat patterns suitable for textile printing.

- Prepare and modify designs using Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.

- Develop colourways and design variations as per customer requirements.

- Adapt designs according to different fabric types, construction, and printing techniques.

- Prepare artwork and production-ready files for sampling and bulk production.

- Coordinate with the Merchandising, Sampling, Production, Printing, and Quality teams.

- Review strike-offs/samples and make necessary design corrections.

- Research current textile, fashion, colour, and print trends.

- Maintain design libraries, artwork files, colour references, and customer-wise records.





- Ensure designs are technically feasible and meet customer specifications.

- Support development of new and cutting-edge textile designs.

Preferred candidate profile

- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator Mandatory.

- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop Mandatory.

- Good knowledge of textile print design and repeat development.

- Knowledge of colour combinations, motifs, textures, and pattern development.

- Understanding of textile fabrics and printing processes.

- Creative thinking and good visualisation skills.

- Good attention to detail.
