About the RoleBack2Study is looking for a motivated and student-focused Key Account Manager to support students aspiring to pursue higher education in the United Kingdom. The ideal candidate will guide students through the admissions journey while managing leads, driving enrolments, and ensuring an excellent student experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage inbound and outbound student enquiries.
- Counsel students on UK universities, courses, eligibility, and admission requirements.
- Guide students through the complete admission process from enquiry to enrolment.
- Assist with applications, documentation, and university coordination.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to improve student conversions.
- Generate referrals through campaigns and student engagement activities.




- Maintain accurate student records using CRM tools.
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and onboarding.
- Build long-term relationships with students and ensure a smooth admission experience.
- Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Experience in education counselling, admissions, telesales, or student recruitment is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and CRM software.
- Passion for international education and student success.
