The Role Description The ideal candidate is a passionate, self-motivated professional with a growth mindset. He/She will be responsible for for driving adoption and business growth for L3TX by engaging Dermatologists, Trichologists, Hair Clinics, Hair Transplant Centres, and Dermatology Clinic Chains across Mumbai.

Responsibilities

- Manage and develop relationships with leading Dermatologists and Trichologists
- Conduct scientific discussions and product demonstrations
- Drive adoption and repeat business within assigned accounts
- Develop business across dermatology chains, trichology centres, hair restoration clinics, and aesthetic clinics
- Achieve monthly, quarterly,



and annual business targets
- Organize CMEs, clinic workshops, and educational sessions
- Maintain detailed account plans and provide regular market feedback

Qualifications

- Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) – Mandatory
- 3+ years of relevant work experience as a Medical Representative, Territory Sales Manager, Scientific Sales Executive, or Specialty Healthcare Sales Professional
- Experience in Dermatology, Trichology, Dermo-Cosmetics, Aesthetics, Medical Devices, Hair Care, or Specialty Healthcare preferred
- Proven track record of working with Dermatologists and specialist doctors
